This company has been like a breath of fresh air. After trying to handle my tornado insurance claim by myself and NOT being given enough money and feeling like I was begging for the money due me, I found Nobles. ALL the folks I have been involved with like my adjustor, Joel Colquett (a sweet, understanding, very intelligent man), to George Adams (a very smart, informed, congenial man), to my personal customer service rep Connie Rodriguez, (who is very knowledgeable, keeps me informed about my case on a regular basis and is so sweet, clear and concise) have been so professional and have taken the BURDEN of dealing with the insurance company off my plate. They have gotten me EXACTLY what was due me, which was about 600% more than the insurance company's adjustor had recommended. I have had such a great experience with this company I recommended them to my neighbors who were having a bad time with their insurance company and they can't thank me enough for the recommendation.

My home suffered some damage from a recent hurricane. After contacting my insurance company, I felt I needed a second opinion. I contacted Noble and Rodney Campbell was assigned to my claim. He came out the same day and did a thorough assessment of my property and I am quite pleased with the speediness of getting the ball rolling. The customer service is phenomenal. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing assistance with an insurance claim. The process is streamlined and easy. I feel confident knowing I have the backing of professionals who deal with this for a living as it can be overwhelming trying to do it alone. Jose Cancel assisted my father with some roof damage at his home. Since my father is up in age, I am very suspicious of people and companies that offer services to him. However, Jose dispelled all of my concerns. He was very open and honest about the process and kept me updated throughout. I would recommend him time and time again, and I appreciate how delicately he dealt with my father and his claim. Good people in this business are hard to come by, but Jose is one of them.
