The video is of what they are calling a Poolnado at a condo in Panama City. Subtropical storm Alberto was the cause of this, and it is pretty fascinating. This video prompted Noble Public Adjusting Group to discuss the unpredictability of weather in Florida. However, it is not just Florida that was affected by Alberto. Sadly, a news reporter and cameraman in Alabama were instantly killed when a tree they were standing next to uprooted suddenly and fell on them as they reported on Alberto. Alabama has also experienced mudslides and the evacuations as a dam threatened to give.
