Becoming a Public Adjuster Apprentice For Noble PA Group

Our company is interested in dynamic people who want to apprentice as a public adjuster. But understand that the laws in Florida governing public adjusters are strict. For one thing, unlike most other states, in Florida, you have to apprentice under a licensed public adjuster like Noble for no less than a year before you can officially become a public adjuster. You must be fingerprinted and pass a background check. In the state of Florida, public adjusters must not only finish an insurance course and pass a state-administered bar exam but become bonded for $50,000. This link leads to the actual statutes governing public adjuster apprentices if you would like to read for yourself. Watch the following video to understand more about what it is like to work at Noble.

The last thing Noble PA Group wants to do is discourage anyone from improving their lives and advancing their career by receiving Florida public adjuster training and becoming a public adjuster with Noble Public Adjusting Group. However, as you can see from the information above, only the best and brightest will be considered for the role. Noble is glad this is true. That means the public adjuster industry is one of the most respected of all, and one that works for the people, not for companies. If you do become a Florida public adjuster, you will have good reason to be proud, not only of what you have accomplished by obtaining the title but of the things you are doing for others. As far as we are concerned, there is no higher calling.

One thing for sure, you will never be bored. Becoming a public adjusting apprentice will be you smack dab in the middle of the firing line. Things can get pretty wild at times, with some danger involved. For instance, there will be times when you have to enter a home that has been ravaged by fire. There will be extreme caution needed to keep you safe from things such as a ceiling that might fall in. And the job can also get mighty dirty at times, since damages must be inspected, no matter how big the mess is. But the job can be very exciting and extremely rewarding, knowing you are helping people fight big corporate insurance for the settlements of their insurance claims they deserve. We also have a lot of fun.

If you think you have what it takes to become a public adjusting apprentice with Noble and meet the above qualifications, we want to talk to you. Either fill out the application on our Career Center page in the links above or call us today to set up an interview. Noble services all of Florida, and we also provide service in Texas and Colorado. Come join our team and fight the Noble cause.
